Wheat beer is beer made from wheat. It is a root word from the Belgian language Wit, which comes from the word White. But in Germany it is called Weizen or Weisen, which comes from the word Wheat, but the concept is to take wheat and make beer as well. Add orange peel and coriander seeds. It has little bitterness and is easy to drink.
