Hamilton's Tavern Second Saturday IPA

Poured up on tap at the Bressi Ranch location where it exhibits a crystal clear gold body that supports a white head that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up mango and citrus juicy smelling hoppiness with a bit of sweet malts in the background and also thinly lined with resiny bitter hoppy notes. The taste is smooth and seems pretty subtle to start with where there’s some clean light maltiness that flow quickly into tangelo, tangerine and grapefruit citrus like hop flavor as well as a good load of citrus bitter hops. It has a classic great IPA flavor that goes from juicy to resiny and bitter hops that creates a great balance and flavor depth.
