From Good Times Oakland, looks like it was bottled in the summer of 2019.
It pours a clear pale gold with almost no head of foam, no lacing, no foam after a few seconds.
It smells of tart apples, musty, Brett like, somewhat acetic.
The taste is tart apples, acetic, sour to a certain degree, hints of Brettanomyces, which I had hoped for.
This is tasty, dry, sour, refreshing. I would definitely drink this again.
