Tap at Crafthouse Kyoto. Deep amber to brown. Nutty, malty nose, toasty, caramel. Malty flavor, not overly sweet or bitter. Nicely balanced, toasty caramel. Decent middle of the road alt that is easy drinking but not particularly memorable.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of straw with a bit of sweet bread and grain underlying. Flavor has lots of bread with a grain with a touch of sweetness underlying.
