10/7/2025. Cask at the Ealing Beer Festival 2025. Aroma is caramel, veggie, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body. Tart notes to finish. Not today’s high point.

Cask at the port Street beer house. A clear brown amber coloured pour with a a loose beige head. Aroma is semi sweet. Dried fruits. Apple, jammy, layered malts. Liquorice. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty, brown bread, liquorice, some jammy fruits. Palate us semi sweet, good cask condition.
