As you may know, our tried-and-true IPA Mi Corazón showcases the pairing of Galaxy — the undisputed champ of Aussie hops — and Yakima Valley’s almighty Citra. With Mi Nectaron, we’ve ratcheted up the hip hop quotient with New Zealand powerhouse Nectaron. No kettle additions. Galaxy and Citra Cryo during whirlpool. Nectaron, Galaxy, and Citra in the dry hop. Voilà. Magic.
Mi Nectaron is pillowy soft — a pilsen malt base buttressed with a boatload of oat malt and flaked oats. It’s 6.7%. And it teems with passion fruit, peach, pineapple, melon, zesty citrus, guava, and all kinds of other drippy tropical fruits.

Nectarine and a little lemon. Grapefruit. Hazy yellow pour with some soap bubbles. Light bitter end with some grapefruit rind. Good stuff, rich hops profile. Tap at brewery.
