Sample at the Columbus brewpub. The beer is a clear reddish-copper color with a thin off-white head that evaporates quickly to a thin outer ring. Sparse spots of lace. Aroma of cherry, ginger and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of ripe cherry, yeast, ginger and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly spicy ginger aftertaste. Decent overall.
