Tummahammas is an English-style barley wine made using double decoction mashing, 100% heritage barley malt, a very long boil and fermented with two English ale yeasts. The end result is an amber ale with fruity notes and the smoothness of a German bock. Collaboration with Tuju.

Amber colour and small beige head. Fruity, almost apple-like aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish fruityness, grass. Very light on malts for its abv. To be re-rated somewhere. TCBW 2025.
