We made a hoppy pilsner using only the four noble hops. Saaz, Hallertau Mittelfruh, Spalt and Tettnang. Fermented with our super crisp North European lager yeast strain that we propagated in house.

Pour is a honey color with a small white head. Aroma is nothing off the malt but there is a herbal hop. Flavor is all herbal noble hop. Like the other lager I just had from this brewer, the malt is kind of an afterthought letter the hops shine.
