If you’ve visited Jester King, chances are you’ve seen Sasha out at our goat pen—our loyal livestock guardian dog, a Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherd mix, faithfully protecting our herd of Nigerian Dwarf Goats for almost seven years.

Sasha is a calm and steady presence for fans of Jester King and the team. She’s always on duty and always a good girl.

Brewed with hand-selected Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, plus Nectaron Cryo and Motueka hop kief, it’s bursting with vibrant notes of tropical fruit, ripe stone fruit, and juicy citrus zest. Sasha is soft and smooth on the palate, with a dry, clean finish that lets the hop character shine without weighing you down during a Hill Country day at the farm.

Hazy gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Grapefruit juice flavor with zesty pith palate. Light bodied.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Opaque yellow with medium white head. Aroma is citrus hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good lacing. Taste is citrus hops and herbal hops.

Tap. HAzy yellow orange color with medium off-white head. Aroma of bready malt followed by nice tropical fruity hops, zest pines. Taste was juicy, tropicls fruity hoppy, with recognizable hoppy bitterness. Very nice.

Hazy pale yellow with giant white head. Dank pine, grapefruitp peel, biscuit malt, orange, and lime aroma. Moderately sweet orange. lime, biscuit malt and mildly bitter/dank grapefruit peel and pine flavor. Nice body.
