Enjoyed straight from the can. Tomato juice & pickle, vinegar, various spices, chili, salt. Light sweet, medium sour, lightly hot. Out of balance.

Can. Dark yellow, cloudy. Aroma: spicy, lemongrass, galangal, sauces, a little shrimp. Taste: sour and spicy, lemongrass, galangal, shrimp, spicy, chili, brine.
