Doublin’ Down is a small-batch, barrel-aged stout that spent a full year maturing in an ex-whisky barrel, developing a deep, layered character inspired by the iconic Irish coffee cocktail. This luxurious stout delivers warm vanilla, subtle cinnamon spice, and a generous dose of organic cocoa powder, all wrapped in a smooth, velvety body.
The aging process introduces a touch of tart sourness, which beautifully complements the rich base of crystal, chocolate, and roasted malts. The result is a complex yet balanced stout, where sweetness, spice, and oak-aged depth come together in perfect harmony.
