Novum defined: Latin for new, fresh, novel, unusual, unprecedented. So, BRU-1, Galaxy, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops. A Tropical stone fruit, citrus zesty and juicy explosion with hints of pine and earthiness. Fresh!
This is the new shit. Two kinds of liquid Spektrum™ hops, bags and bags of cryo hops, and some good old Citra in T90 format thrown in there for good measure. All in an attempt to get, be, and do more. Because, as we all know, more is more.
The aroma is intensely tropical and fruity. You'll likely notice prominent notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and mango. There are also some apricots and peaches, bright citrus notes, distinct pineapples, and subtle undertones of pine and earth.
The flavor is dominated by juicy tropical and citrus fruits. Ripe pineapple, mango, passionfruit, and citrus flavors with slightly resinous and piney undertones are accompanied by a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, balanced bitterness, and a slightly dry finish.

CBH2025. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some nectary and mild zesty tones with some pine as well. Flavour is tropical fruits, some intense floral and citrusy tones with a bit resin and pine to it as well. Fermented nicely dry. High drinkability.
