Our tribute to all the great things in Canadian brewing.
Malt, hops, yeast 100% CDN!
Malts: We used M3 Malts Pils and wheat, Canada Malting Pils, wheat and oats along with BC’s Gambrinus Malting Honey malt.
Hops: Houblonniere Lupuline El Dorado, Centennial and Cascade. Battlehouse Hops Galena. Hops Connect Sasquatch.
Yeast: Escarpment labs Pomona.
BTW… Something that is "tickety-boo" is satisfactory and in good order.
