Na Zdrowie! Polish for Cheers! Pronounced Nas-dro-v-yea. Now that you know, say it with Gusto! Sweet, malty, and moderately hopped, an easier drinking beer compared to today’s hop forward profiles. With this in mind, we put our West Coast Pale Ale twist on this classic by adding a hop profile matching Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale, an American craft brewing legend.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light amber with a white head that dissipates to the edges slowly and laces. Aroma has earthy grains and light grass with some hay and light bread backing. Flavor has grass and straw with growing bread notes.
