New Zealand Pale Ale

Thousands of miles apart, Orkney and New Zealand are very similar islands, both in thrall to the sea. Yet the weather they endure is poles apart. An Orkney spring equates to New Zealand's autumn hops. The classic trio of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Southern Cross pack citrus zest and orchard fruit into this vinous pale ale.

Can from Hop Shop Aberdeen. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of kiwi fruit and flower stems. Flavour of crisp malt and light, lemony hops. Thin to medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Bright and crisp.
