Sampled from the tap at the MKE location. Pours a black with a light yellow brown head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has earthy dark grains with bourbon and a bit of roast supporting. Flavor has bourbon and earthy roast with a rich dark grain backbone.
