American wheat ale brewed with cherry and pomegranate.
Our Sea Rose tart cherry wheat ale is a fresh take on fruit beers. Originally conceived during an employee-led R&D brew, it’s one of our most imaginative recipes yet. The American wheat style is light and clean, while fresh cherry juice adds a soft coral color and fruity nose that gives way to a dry, slightly tart finish. It’s approachable, yet unexpected—exactly what we love to brew.

Pale pink with a white head. Aroma of crackers and mild cleaning products. Very slightly tart and only a little fruity. That's just about it, although it's dryish at the end and refreshing enough.

Bottle. A- Musty, tart berries, wheat. A- Gold color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Subtle pomegranate, slightly tart, slightly artificial. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, bland finish. O- Okay,I thought this would be sweeter and more fruit forward. A touch of cherry and pomegranate but fairly unspectacular. Okay.

12 oz can. Pours a clear copper with light head. Aromas of sugary artificial fruit, rubbery tobacco, and sweet malts. Flavors of very sweet but burnt fruit and acrid metallic wheat. Does that sound bad?

12 oz can from MT or ND, can’t remember which. Aroma is cherry Pixie Stix, floral. Pours clear pale copper with a pinkish tint; has a large pinkish-white head with good retention. Taste is lightly sweet and lightly tart with flavors of cherry, wheat; finishes dry and lightly bitter. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a clear dull orange with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a touch of wheat with some pomegranate and slightly tart cherry supporting. Flavor has a decent amount of cherry with a touch of semi tart pomegranate and wheat backing.
