Introducing our latest collaboration beer with Bin 13 Winebar! Dark tropical fruits: Passion fruit and a hint of mango, but a lot of lemon and lime and little vanilla. Flavor is ripe pineapple with hints of coconut. Bitterness is moderate but there on the top. Overall it’s a complex medley of integrated bright citrus fruits, with a pronounced bitterness with a clean and dry finish.

On Tap at the Bellingham taproom. Foggy dull ight lemon yellow pour. Thin fine with head. Lemony and floral. Light and crisp. Lots of fresh clean citrus flavors.

Aroma is fairly laid back, with gentle citrus skins, a touch of grapefruity hops, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and bitter, with grapefruit peel, some tropical notes, and piney hops. Now this is the type of tropical IPA I like: fruity, dry, still bitter, no oats/chalk, great clarity. Very good.
