Been dreaming about Munich again over here and all those frothy liters of bigger Helles. Drinking one after another. Paired with good conversation and great friends. Does it get any better than that? Here’s our best attempt at replicating those German beer garden crushers, using all the right ingredients and processes that we know of to make it as authentic as possible. It’s what us brewers call a SMASH Beer (single malt and single hop beer) using only Pilsner malt from Bamberg and hops from the Mittelfru region. Medium-bodied, pale in color, with a flavor profile of mmmmmmmmmh, yummo, and ahhhhhhhh.
