Saison Brewed With Bison Grass. Bottle Conditioned with Brettanomyces.
Bison grass is a sweet, aromatic grass that grows in North America and Norther Poland near where the last herd of European bison used to roam. This Saison was brewed at is/was, and incorporates Polish Oktawia and Izabella hops with a whirlpool addition of bison grass. Flavors of vanilla. baking spices, honeydew, fresh cucumber, dried lime, and white pepper. This beer evolves with every sip!
