Bottle pour at Barmann Cellars, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of tart pear skins, pear core, acidity, and tannins. Flavour is dry and lightly tart, with pear skins, pear core, and a hint of tannins. Tannic, tart, and pear cores on the finish. Pleasant enough.
