On tap at Barmann Cellars, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has lots of white wine grape skins, crisp apple skins, and a touch of funk. Flavour has a strange, almost oxidized grape character, with apple skins, light funk, and some tart notes. A bit off but there’s some nice things going on. Decent.
