This Gose is full of mango madness! A plain grist of barley and wheat gives us the background for our tart mango delight whilst the finest Maldon Sea Salt provides a moreish salinity. Alphonso mangoes claim to be the 'King of Mangoes', hailing from the Goa region of India and gives us sweet and juicy tropical mango flavours.

Tap at hopsters Woodbridge. A hazed bright orange coloured pour with a loose fading white head. Aroma is earthy mamgo, tart, some vanilla, fleshy mamgo. Flavour is composed of drying mango stone, wheat, pithy citrus, mineral fizzy finish. Palate is crisp and drying fine carbonation, pithy finish. Decent. Lacks a little punch.
