Light pink in color with aroma and favor of fresh raspberries and red-tart cherries! Medium-bodied with notes of banana and clove from traditional German yeast, coming from the world’s oldest brewery. This special batch underwent a secondary fermentation with 100 lbs of organic Oregon raspberries and red tart cherries, allowing the yeast to metabolize most of the natural fruit-sugars for a more nuanced fruit presence.
