Citra and Amarillo hops are used in the boil and again when we double dry-hop. This highlights the flavor and aroma of both hops. This beer was originally brewed the day we turned the clocks back in the fall. “Long Day” was born.

From a pint can. Pours a clear copper with an off white head. Aroma of pine and grass with some bitter citrus flavors. This is a tasty beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Medium hazy amber body, thick puffy off-white head. Citrus rind and pineapple nose. Body catty with tangerine sweetness and bitter rind, but multidimensional. Very good. I only tried two beers here but I was impressed with both.
