Holiday IPA release!
This IPA is the hoppiest, most full bodied special release we've brewed.
Featuring Amarillo, Centennial, and Cascade Hops, this beer clocks in at 7.3% ABV. We hopped the mash with Centennial and Amarillo hop flowers, hopped it aggressively during the boil, then stuffed 15lbs of hop flowers and 8lbs of juniper berries in the hop back.
The beer features woody and piney notes from the juniper berries and west coast hops. Expect a bracingly bitter, unfiltered beer exploding with floral hoppy aromas!

From a 75 cl can purchased at the brewery. Pours a hazy copper wit an off white head. Aromas of pine and juniper. Flavors are bitter pine. Tasty.
