Dropped Pin is a two beer series highlighting some tart and juicy quirks of the Philly Sour yeast strain, along with some beloved fruits… and vegetable!
Green is a mixed fermentation variant brewed with Riesling grape juice and fermented using both the Philly Sour Yeast strain as well as a Saison yeast. Fresh tartness with pops of white grapes, apple, and lemon with an earthy pep to balance it all out.
