We took a perfectly good IPA and jammed 400 pounds of soursop and dragon fruit puree into it. The result has the best of both worlds. The melange of tropical aromas with the hops, the luscious body of the puree and a jewel candy pink hue that just begs to be experienced.

Sample at the Columbus brewpub. The beer is a hazy grapefruit-rosé color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away quickly to a wispy film. Strings of lace. Aroma of tropical fruit, floral hops and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of floral hops, dragonfruit, and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a mildly bitter hop and tropical fruit aftertaste. Above average overall.
