2017 Mischief reveals a new dry-hopping plan and a brand new label, both of which will change each year, every year. The 2017 edition of Mischief features Citra and Motueka hops, adding fresh citrus and tropical notes to the ripe, fruity character of the crisp, dry and effervescent Belgian-style.

16 oz can received as a birthday gift from my wife. PKG 07/20/21. The pour is golden with a fluffy one inch white head, head falls leaving behind nice lace. The aroma is floral grassy hop, spice herbal yeast and a nice earth character. The taste is bright citrus and floral right away, with a sweet alcohol, the herbal spice yeast and finishes with the grass. The palate is medium bodied, fine active carbonation and the warming sweet grass finish. Nicely constructed beer.

From a 473ml can on 28/9/2021. Pours a slightly opaque light golden with a medium white head. The nose features some sharp citrus with a good dash of Belgian yeastiness. Perhaps a little sweeter than a typical blond, with sweet citrus and bread prominent, but it's also quite hoppy, spicy and warming at the back. Fullish body with moderate carbonation.Very interesting and really nicely balanced.

Draft at the source. Clear gold, white head. Belgian yeast, funk, alcohol, fruity, cat litter notes. Good.

16oz can as gift. Cloudy golden with one finger white head. Belgian-y, yeasty aroma. A bit of the yeast as the taste unfolds, then big, chewy malts, light fruity notes followed by a savory, spicy bite. Belgian pale with some wit character.

@home poured into a shaker. Almost clear pale golden colour, small but stable frothy white head, slowly dissipating, fair lacing. Fruity aroma, pale malt, orange, tangerine, canned fruit, spicy notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, citrus, orange peel. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, chalky notes. Nice malty notes in the finish, refreshing, very nice brew.

Can from Hopt, France. Pours golden, with fine white foam. Aroma is sweet like toffee and a little herbaceous. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, with some underlying sweetness. Final is fairly long and sweetish.

Tallboy marked 8/7/2019, poured translucent yellow with some white head. Medium bodied and creamy. Lemony citrus and yeast aroma. All kinds of fruity and yeasty notes to the taste, then there's the bitter boozy finish. This beer was fine but probably was much finer 6 months ago.

Can 1 pint (Mikkeller web)
A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head and some lace. Ginger, clove, marmalade in the nose. Medium-bodied. Spicey, fruity with some alcoholic kick. Ripe grapes. Ok tripel-like brew.

(Keg at Panema Kallio, 20200709) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, perfume and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, spicy and bitter. A pleasant complex brew with Belgian twist.

Golden with a white head - Malt aroma with some citrus - Malt body with a citrus flavour that gives a tart note and some spicy yeast - The malt with citrus flavour goes into a dry tart finish - This was good
