White Dog IPA was one of the homebrew recipes that got ESBC started. We use a hefty dose of wheat in the malt bill to give this unfiltered IPA its softness. A combo of Strata and Nelson Sauvin hops provide enough bitterness to mantain its West Coast identity.

0.473l can. Aroma of mango, citrus, peach and pineapple. Pours cloudy pale golden color with medium sized soapy white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts unripe tropical fruity, citrusy and resinous, following is herbal, medicinal and sweet malty, mouthfeel is relatively smooth, while finish is dry and bitter.
