BB 05/2027. yellow rather hazy color, small white head. smells flowery, spices, earthy, light minerality, light honey. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes apples, lemongrass, flowery, bit citric, spices, light minerals, earthy, light horseradish. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, lemongrass and earthy notes. nice one, a tad heavy, but overall good complexity

Bounces back and forth between Apple and grape notes, nose is mainly grape with apple peel on the back end. Slight funk.
