Flare (yes, that’s how we are spelling it) is our gose that we have added citrus fruit to. This beer is slightly tart, a little salty, and has a nice balance from the fruit and spices. Ale brewed with orange and coriander.

Bottle bought @ Beergium. Pours hazy golden with a frothy and slightly dizzy white head that leaves some sparse spotty trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny spicy with sea water, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, minerals, coriander and orange zest. Taste is sour, fruity and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, tart, tiny mouth-puckering and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with sourdough crackers, lemon juice, orang juice, minerals, hay and orange zest. Beer mimosa... decent but doesn’t quite get its components together.
