See how our garden grows! For this unique, high-gravity blonde saison our Brewmaster (and chief gardener) Phil selected a variety of edible, aromatic and medicinal flowers including Calluna vulgaris, Lavandula angustifolia, Matricaria chamomilla, Calendula officinalis, Rosa canina and Hops (they're flowers too!) This "arrangement" creates a farmhouse ale with a one-of-a-kind aroma and flavor.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Floral aroma with rose hip, herbal notes, flowers, a touch of hops, yeast, malt, and notes of ripe fruits. Sweet flavour with some hoppy bitterness. Body is a little above medium. Nice floral-heavy Saison.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours golden with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, citrus, wood. Medium body, orange zest, yeast, oak, light dry finish, good.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty floral finish.

Tried in a big bottle from Beer Gonzo. Hazy golden colour with a thick white head. Aroma has yeasty, herbs, berry and floral. Taste light sweet. Full rich body.

Bottle (thanks harri). Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is hoppy, apricots, sugar, citrus. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, fruits, sugar, apricots. Finish is apricots and fruits. Draught at Beer Temple shared with SinH4. Clear yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, floral, a bit yeasty. Average body and carbonation. Ok.

Tap. Clear golden color with white ring. Aroma is dough, bananas, cream, estery. Taste is bananas, apricots, dough. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Fun.

Draft at Beer Temple, displayed as 7.8% ABV. Light hazy golden yellow color. White head. Aroma’s: lemon, fruity, a bit stale. Retronasal there’s caramel malts, sweet fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, caramel malty. Medium bodied.
