On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a clear bright red with a small pink head. Aroma is all beetroot, smelling just like traditional borsch, with maybe a hint of saline underneath. Flavour is all beetroot, with plenty of sourness, earthy beetroot, saline, and a hint of lacto. Beer bomb. I like beets but you gotta have something else if you’re gonna put it in a beer. Fun but not good.

Hapu, peedine, vesine, nelk? Idk, õlu pole, aga pole ka selline hullumeelne supiõlu nagu osad vene omad.. (mulle borš muidu meeldib), aga see on igat pidi nats mehh.. aga noh peediga võiks rohkem õlut teha..
