For this unique, high-gravity blonde saison our Brewmaster (and chief gardener) Phil selected a variety of edible, aromatic and medicinal flowers including Calluna vulgaris, Lavandula angustifolia, Matricaria chamomilla, Calendula officinalis, Rosa canina and Hops (they're flowers too!) This "arrangement" creates a farmhouse ale with a one-of-a-kind aroma and flavor.

Pale yellow. 1 finger white head. Very aromatic with wheat, caramel and floral notes. Taste, not bad. A good sweet finish of honey and clove. Up front, an English bitterness with decent mouthfeel
