Next to a LOC DIPA a Train Hopper (also called train surfing, train hitching or, in parts of the United States, catching out) is a person riding on the outside of a train or another rail transport. It's a very dangerous way of transportation so we at LOC do not recommend it, however we do recommend passengers to sit back in coach or first class and enjoy our DIPA.
