Tap at beer bistro. Cloudy orange pour, big white head. Aroma is loaded with grapefruit, orange and overall citrusy, hoppy, zesty goodness. Some sweet malt backbone to help balance it out is apparent. Good mouth feel and carb. Incredible candied citrus, fresh wet hopped flavoured finish. Had to believe that everyone in Ontario can brew these now and 10 years ago these were only available via trade and we’re the Holy grail. Impressive first effort.

Aromatic well tropical with notes of passion fruit, mango, on a malty base with sweet bread accents. Dominance of powerful fruity hops. The liquid is golden, partially veiled, strongly effervescent and covered with a medium-sized foam that persists quite well. Suspended particles are visible through the glass. Taste is very fruity with a rather strong bitterness in the finish that leaves a slight feeling of harshness. The fruity notes are of passion fruit, litchi, all on a basis of honeyed bread. Light conifers enhance the finish, combining with a bottom of resin from raw hops, giving this feeling of slight bitterness. The body is medium, as well as effervescence and alcohol is well integrated. Delicious taste. Beware of the harshness of bitterness. O: 7.725 V: 3.0 G: 7.5 B: 2.75 O: 15.25 T: 36.225

Pours a slight hazy, light golden colour with a huge warm cap, frothy, creamy with great retention and thick streaky lacing. Aromas of hops that gives out green leaves, some spicy, citrusy notes and fruity malts. The taste shows some spiciness with the hops. A nice bitterness, but not too crazy. Some juiciness, but again, not to the max. A dry enough mouthfeel. Not a bad IPA.
