Sparkling cider made from a blend of apples grown exclusively by Koosah Farms in Amity, Oregon, including Harrison, Wickson Crab, Marie Menard, Karmijn de Sonneville, Goldrush, and Redfield. The orcharding practices at Koosah Farms are biodynamic-esque, with the use of both plant and microbial diversity benefitting the apple trees and vineyard on the property. Made in the traditional method (with secondary fermentation in the bottle) without dosage. Notes of toasted cookie and red fruit with a rich aroma.
