RAW Cider makes some of the finest cider, perry, and coferments in the Pacific Northwest using fruit from their own orchard and from farms in the surrounding area in Oregon's Willamette Valley. This sparkling coferment is a blend of of pears and pinot gris grapes, grown together on the same property overlooking the Columbia River in White Salmon, Washington. Made in the traditional method. The result: an expression of a very specific place and time with elegant bubbles and pleasant tang.
