Our take on this West Coast classic is a clean, bready, and easy-drinking lager. Beginning with an aroma of biscuits and bread crust, this medium bodied beer holds delicate flavors of whole grain bread, light caramel, and a smooth grassy bitterness. Following this is a clean and crisp finish. Good luck having just one.

16 oz can from a 4 pack filled at the brewery. This is the last of the pack, and it had been pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten about for a little while. Glad it turned up! Clean, lighter golden amber. Lots of loose foam head. Spicy bready malts, crisp taste, cracker malt finish. Unique lager, really refreshing. Surprised I so seldom see this style around anymore. Bready, earthy nose. Quite good.
