Brewed in collaboration with Saint Somewhere, this beer was crafted with traditional methods in mind. With a grain bill of barley, wheat, and rye, and hopped with Saaz and Strisselspalt, it has a solid saison base. It was lightly spiced with foraged acorns, pennywort, wild lemons, and wild tangerines from central Florida to give the beer a sense of place. Lastly, it was fermented in our oak foeder with our house blend of traditional and wild yeast strains.

2.9.18 - Draft at the brewery. Pours hazy golden color with white head. Aromas of wheat, rye, citrus, grass, oak. Wheat, lemon, orange, and oak flavors with some funk, grass, and rye. Light to medium body with lively carbonation.
