This beer combines the tart juiciness of ripe blackberry and peach with the vibrant hop character of Citra and Nelson Sauvin. This Sour IPA walks the line between fruity flavors and tropical hop aromas, with a touch of lactose for extra smoothness.

CBH2025. Really hazy strange yellowish beige colour with lots of particles. Not much head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, some lactose, mild tropical fruits with some slight tart and wooden tones. Flavour is sweetish sour fruits and floral tones with mild wood, some tropical fruits and a bit funky tones.
