Empyrical Cider's Pyriform is a dual-varietal Perry, made from a blend of Schweizer Wasserbirne and Winnals Longdon perry pears.

The fruit from this harvest was very small, and consequently the impression of fresh, sharp, tannic pear skin dominates the flavor of this batch. Finished barely off-dry a la Methode Traditionelle, with fresh Comice pear juice.
