Seabuckthorn bursts forward on the nose, sharp and wild, met with whispers of oak. The palate is strikingly tart, crisp yet clean, with bright fruit, subtle barrel, and a fleeting touch of herbal bitterness.
Aged in cognac barrel for 12 months.

Intense with sea buckthorn notes, some cognac apple vibes, loads of sourness and tartness in the finish, hints of oak and earthiness. Quite sour and intense, but tasty.
