A coffee infused version of our Dark Beer.
We cold infused used espresso grind to our beloved dark saison. By utilizing used coffee, we can add more grind without getting any of the coffee bitterness hence you'll taste a nice combination of berries and fruits from the beer. These balance the dark malt base very nicely.
The coffee is from Dash Coffee, a small coffee roastery in Finland. They source all of their coffee beans from women farmers in Rwanda.

0,33l Can shared at home. As Do Good Dash Coffee. Black color, small tan head. smells spices, earthy, light coffee, light vanilla, tobacco. Decent smell. Medium body light carbonation. tastes earthy, herbal, peppery, light coffee, tobacco, light nutty. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of pepper, tobacco and earthy notes. Not overly good, bit weird
