Dry Hopped Brett Pale Ale. Brewed with Pilsner malt, spelt, oats, and raw wheat, and fermented with a blend of six different brettanomyces. Hopped with Simcoe and Belma in the boil, and dry hopped heavily with Azacca and Huell Melon, this beer is tropical, funky, bright, with big strawberry, melon, and orchard fruit notes.
