750ml @ Phill's shared with Ryan.
Aroma: loads of elderflowers mixed with some funk and a little bit of sweetness.
Taste: along the same lines, on the elderflower side, moderately acidic. A mix of flowers and funk in the aftertaste.
Overall: decent, when your palate adapts to it 🙂

Poured from 750mL bottle (2021 vintage). Lightly hazed orange gold with minimal white head. Dry floral elderflower, light funk, okay.
