Ягодный ламбик, сильная кислота весьма. Приятный вкус черешни и немного косточки. Не сильно глубоко и без сена.

Tart, sour and funky with some cherries, hints of vinous grapes, earthiness and farmyardy notes. Dry and sour.

Made it to Boerenerf! Beautiful location in the farmland of Pajottenland, the lambic region. Sheep are right next to the terrace. This is blended with Pinot Noir and is just lovely. Elegant, lightly tart. So expressive (unlike me).
