Tap at 73 Enid Street. A opaque pinkish red, tomato juice coloured pour with a fading loose pink head. Aroma is big sharp tangy raspberry, sharp lime citrus, prickly, fleshy fruit pulp. Flavour is composed of super sharp, lime juice, grapefruit, pithy citrus, pinch of salt, pinch of acid. Palate is semi sweet and sour, citric acid, prickly moderate carbonation. Little harsh overall. Could be a bit more sweet.
